This Month in Review1. 博鳌亚洲论坛2015年年会将于3月26日至29日在海南博鳌开幕。国家主席习近平将出席年会开幕式并发表主旨演讲。本届年会将讨论宏观经济、产业转型、区域发展、技术创新等话题。亚美尼亚总统、奥地利总统、印尼总统等外国领导人将应邀出席。
Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference is scheduled to be held in Boao, Hainan Province from March 26th to 29th, 2015. Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the forum and deliver a keynote speech in the opening ceremony. The annual conference is set to include discussions about the macro-economy, industry transformation, regional development, technological innovation and other topics. Presidents from Armenia, Austria, Indonesia, and many other nations are due to attend the event.

Chinese Ministry of Finance confirmed that six European countries of Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg and Switzerland have officially applied to become founding members of the China-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Secretary-general of temporary multilateral secretariat Jin Liqun said when he addressed China Development Forum 2015 that AIIB is complementary to the World Bank and Asia Development Bank. This bank will improve existing international financial order instead of overturning it. The Obama administration, facing defiance by allies that have signed up to support a new Chinese-led infrastructure fund, is proposing that the bank work in a partnership with Washington-backed development institutions, such as the World Bank. World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim is in deep discussion with AIIB on how to closely work together.

Chinese President Xi Jinping met European Parliament President Martin Schulz in the Great Hall of the People in the afternoon of March 16th, 2015. Xi Jinping said that this year marked the 40th anniversary of China’s establishment of diplomatic relations with the EU. Since then, China-EU relations have made considerable progress. China firmly supports the European integration, and always treats Europe's development as an important part of multi-polarization process. China and Europe are important forces in the world today, sharing interwoven interests. It is hoped that China and Europe could take this 40th anniversary as a new starting point, maintain high-level exchanges, increase pragmatic cooperation and further promote the four major China-EU partnership for peace, growth, reform and civilization with joint efforts.
4. 3月23日，省政府与腾讯公司在郑州签署战略合作框架协议，双方将依托腾讯丰富的数据基础、成熟的云计算能力以及微信、QQ等强大的社交平台产品，开展全方位、深层次的战略合作，共同推进互联网与河南各行业融合发展。腾讯公司、富士康集团、和谐集团三方也同时签署了“互联网+智能电动车”战略合作协议。
Henan Provincial Government and Tencent signed a framework agreement on strategic cooperation in Zhengzhou on March, 23, 2015. Both parties will develop all-dimensional and in-depth strategic cooperation based on Tencent’s rich data base, mature cloud computing capability and strong social network platform products such as Wechat and QQ, and join hands to promote integrated development of internet and various industries of Henan Province. Meanwhile, Tencent, Foxconn and China Harmony Auto signed a strategic cooperation agreement on Internet plus electric vehicle.
5. 3月16日，省环境保护厅公布了“2015年蓝天工程实施方案”，发布了一系列促使空气质量好转的措施。据了解，今年，全省环境空气质量优良天数要达到190天以上，重污染天气要有所减少。按新标准评价，2014年，全省18个省辖市城市环境空气优、良天数比例为50.1%。
On March 16th, 2015, Henan Provincial Environment Protection Department announced 2015 Blue Sky Project Implementation Plan and released a series measures to improve air quality of Henan Province. According to the plan, there should be over 190 days around the whole year of 2015 with good or excellent ambient air quality, and heavy pollution days should be decreased. Under the new evaluation criteria, days with good or excellent ambient air quality accounted for 50.1% of the whole year of 2014 in 18 cities of Henan Province.
6. 3月13日，装载6个集装箱太阳能光伏组件的郑欧班列，从郑州铁路集装箱中心站发车，踏上“新丝路”之旅。这是我省郑欧班列开通的首列光伏专列，也是中欧班列中的首列光伏专列。预计将有36个集装箱总计6兆瓦的太阳能光伏组件，分6趟班列运往欧洲，总货值近3000万元。
Zhengzhou-Europe International Block Train loaded with 6 containers of solar PV modules set off from Zhengzhou Railway Container Center and started its “New Silk Road” tour on March 13th, 2015. This is the first special train for PV modules since the operation of Zhengzhou-Europe International Block Train, and also the first one since the operation of China-Europe Block Train. It is estimated that 36 containers of 6MW of solar PV modules will be divided into 6 block trains and transported to Europe. The total value will amount to nearly 30 million Yuan.

Cinderella is a 2015 American romantic fantasy film directed by Kenneth Branagh and produced by Walt Disney Pictures, the story is inspired by the fairy tale Cinderella. The film was released on March 13, 2015. It has received positive critical reviews and has grossed over $253 million worldwide.
