中国（河南）自由贸易试验区正式挂牌运行后，将按照党中央、国务院要求，加快建设成为投资贸易便利、高端产业集聚、交通物流通达、监管高效便捷、辐射带动作用突出的高水平高标准自由贸易园区，引领内陆经济转型发展，推动构建全方位对外开放新格局。
According to the requirements of the Central Government, China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone will be developed into a high-level free trade zone with trade and investment facilitation, high-end industrial clusters, convenient transportation and logistics and efficient regulation. It will drive the development of the surrounding areas, lead the structural transformation of inland economy and promote all-dimensional opening up.
河南自贸区按区域布局划分为三个片区，总面积140.24平方公里。
China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, with a total area of 140.24 km2, is divided into 3 districts.
郑州片区（81.9平方公里）发展重点：
电子商务、跨境电子商务、现代流通等发挥流通枢纽功能的产业以及金融服务、信息服务等现代服务业。
Focus of Zhengzhou FTZ (81.9 km2) :
E-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, modern logistics and those relevant to the transport hub, modern services like financial and IT services.
开封片区（30.54平方公里）发展重点：
文化旅游、创意设计、文化传媒、广播影视、文艺演出、文博会展及艺术品交易等文化产业。
Focus of Kaifeng FTZ (30.54 km2) :
Cultural tourism, design, media, radio, film, TV, performance, cultural exposition and exhibition, artwork trading and other cultural industry.
洛阳片区（27.8平方公里）发展重点：
传统装备制造、新材料、智能装备制造等制造业以及研发设计、信息技术服务、检验检测认证、文化创意等生产性服务业。
Focus of Luoyang FTZ (27.8 km2) :
Manufacturing such as traditional equipment manufacturing, new materials, smart equipment manufacturing and producer services like R&D, design, IT services, inspection, testing, certification, cultural innovation.
