Songlike Memories
Looking up at the eternal rising sun,
I can feel the approaching early morning with rosy clouds in the sky.
Leaning upon a balustrade, I recall the old days when toasting to the wind.
Running water wanders below a small bridge, endless river flows eastward.
I feel lost in meditating the ancient and the present,
Different faces of all times pass by.
I wonder where is the place I can settle down and…
Then I realize my heart has spread beyond that piece of land…
